All authentic yoga practices begin and end with sound.  It is through sound that the transformation of consciousness occurs that is the purpose of yoga.  Gong Yoga explicitly uses the musical sound of the gong to create an extended state of spontaneous meditation and therapeutic relaxation that facilitates the movement of prana through the body for healing and awakens the consciousness for transformation.

You will experience gong meditation as extremely pleasurable and relaxing.  Sat Nam!
